I easily haul my Subaru Crosstrek, four motorcycles or a four passenger side-by-side.

The observation deck is 7 1/2‘ W x 18’ L and has plenty of room for 4 to 6 people and  a fire pit.

The total weight of the trailer fully loaded is around 10,000 pounds with a 900 pound  tongue weight. The 6.7 Cummins tows it with ease.

I’m often asked,  what’s in the box? The cargo box is used to store four chairs, two tables, a fire pit, a two burner stove, kitchen utensils,  blankets, water canister and umbrellas.

One of a kind…

The Hawks Nest started as a Diamond-C HD deck over trailer. The upper deck was later fabricated and the polyurethane decking added. The upper deck floor is waterproof so that the bottom deck can also be used as a living space in harsh weather. The staircase is retractable and at a 45° angle with rails so that any person can easily climb to the top. I’m in the process of making oiled canvas tent sides with awnings so that in the winter I can use the lower deck.
